Due to service disruptions and the limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, your packages may require more time to be delivered
Taxes, Import Duties & Handling Charges
*Import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Ichiban Streetwear nor are they set by Ichiban Streetwear rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Any product returned to Ichiban Streetwear due to the refusal/unwillingness to pay for import taxes will be subjected to a Forced Refund with a fixed $10 USD Return To Sender (RTS) Fee and $5 USD/per item Restocking Fee applied. Such customers will be refunded the order subtotal, minus the RTS and Restocking Fees. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.

Kindly note that the aforementioned shipping times covers all the items in our store wherein, some are shipped from the US and some, internationally. This is because, along with our internal design team, we also collaborate with independent artisans/manufacturers from around the world.
The exact shipping time, which generally falls within the given ranges of shipping times, depends on your location and where the items are shipped from - shipping locations of each product is stated in their product pages.
Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!
- The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
- Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 4 - 9 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.If you place your order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
ORDER PAYMENT
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately depending on where they're made. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may also be shipped in separate shipments - we do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. You may receive one item before the next. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
For any change requests to your order such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information, please contact us within 12 hours upon order confirmation at support@ichibanstreetwear.com.
Please note that any request received after the 12 hours period may no longer be accepted because we always try to process orders as soon as possible. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
